The customer is obligated to re-ship the product reported for a manufacturing defect, if the store requests it.

- After reporting a manufacturing defect, the amount will be returned in case of return to the customer after the store checks the product and confirms the presence of the defect reported by the customer.

- In the event of a request to replace the product due to a manufacturing defect with another product of the same quality, the store has the right to approve or reject it based on the availability of the product in the store's stock.

- The store is committed to delivering shipments to the internal carrier within a maximum of five working days, and the customer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped, noting that the shipping period ranges from one hour to five days.

- In the event that the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped, the customer is obligated to pay the shipping fees and the consequent material damage to the store.

The customer has the right to return if it is proven that the product is counterfeit (not original), provided that he reports it within twenty-four hours of receiving the shipment.

- In the event that a product arrives different from the one that the customer ordered, he has the right to replace it, provided that it is not used and the factory packaging is preserved as it is, and that the customer recharges it after informing the store, and the customer must report the product that is different from what he ordered within twenty-four hours from receiving the shipment.

- In the event that the shipping company made an error in the address or shipment, the store is not responsible for that, and the customer can review the shipping company.

- In the event of (loss of the shipment or delay in its delivery) by the shipping company, the store is not responsible for its loss or delay, and the customer can refer to the shipping company in this regard.

The store relies on the information provided by the customer to ship orders, and the store is not responsible for errors entered by the customer, and the customer has the right to request re-shipment of the product, provided that he pays the costs of all that entails.

Replacement policy:

6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.


Return policy:
