Electronic Muassal is a term that began to appear with the spread of electronic hookah in any hookah shop . It is a general term that includes all vape products in general. The word Muassal came from the traditional Muassal or Jarak, which is chopped tobacco leaves, glycerin, honey (black honey) and flavors. It is smoked in a hookah / shisha. Accordingly, the word Muassal was merged with electronic hookah devices to give us this new term, but in fact there is a difference between traditional Muassal and electronic Muassal, for sure.
Accordingly, we have encountered a large number of customers requesting electronic hookah, but we try to clarify to them which product exactly they are looking for, as it could be one of the following options:
- Electronic Muassal can refer to electronic flavours including electronic draw flavours or electronic hookah flavours, which is the more accurate description. Traditional hookah Muassal refers to what is placed inside the hookah, not the complete, traditional hookah.
- Electronic hookah can be intended for ready-to-use withdrawal.
- Electronic hookah can refer to an electronic vaping device or an electronic hookah device.
Definition of the most important vaping terms
- Salt flavor (pull flavor): These are flavors that come with high nicotine from 20 mg to 50 mg and are used with electronic vaping devices.
- Vape flavour (shisha flavour): These are flavours that come with reduced nicotine from 3 mg to 9 mg and are used with electronic shisha devices.
- Electronic vaping device: An electronic device that is considered the best alternative for users of traditional smoking, as it uses salt flavors with high nicotine and produces little smoke.
- Electronic hookah device: An electronic device that is considered the best alternative for traditional hookah users because it uses vape flavors with low nicotine and produces thick smoke.
- Ready-to-use : An electronic device that is an alternative to traditional smoking. It is pre-filled with flavor and a specific percentage of nicotine and does not require purchasing any type of flavors with it. It is manufactured in different sizes and shapes to give an estimated number of puffs (pull). When the flavor inside it runs out, it is disposed of. It gives a low to medium smoke density.
- Ready-made hookah : An electronic device that is an alternative to the traditional hookah. It is pre-filled with flavor and a specific percentage of nicotine and does not require purchasing any type of flavors with it. It is manufactured in different sizes and shapes to give an estimated number of puffs. When the flavor inside it runs out, it is disposed of. It gives a high smoke density.
- Pod : It is the part located at the top of the puff and the flavor is filled inside it. It is sometimes manufactured with cotton inside it or with a pre-installed coil system or a replaceable coil system.
- Tank : It is the part located on top of the hookah and includes a base for attaching to the hookah with a screw, in addition to a bottle in which the flavour is filled, rubber rings, and a place to install the coil.
- Coil : A small piece of metal that heats and vaporizes the e-liquid. Energy passes through it, causing it to heat up and then heat the liquid to the point where it turns into vapor.

The difference between electronic hookah and regular hookah:
- Regular shisha is solid by nature, while electronic shisha is liquid.
- Regular hookah is used using a hookah, while electronic hookah is used using an electronic device called a hookah or electronic shisha.
- Regular hookah requires direct ignition of heat from charcoal, while electronic hookah works on an electronic evaporation system without igniting charcoal or anything else.
- Regular hookah requires a long preparation process before starting to use it, including preparing the hookah, the head, lighting the charcoal, etc. As for electronic hookah, it requires filling the pod and starting to use it immediately.
- On the health level, electronic hookah is considered less harmful because you are not exposed to inhaling carbon dioxide gas resulting from burning charcoal in the traditional hookah.
